Hello Christine,

What image format do you have problem? JPG, PNG?
What is happening to you is really strange but without a real good
example in how to reproduce this error is hard to give you a good
advice. Try to isolate it in a few cases or scenarios.

One thing comes to my mind: do you use Linux? When you plug the device
in your desktop (as a store device) and then copy a file (a image) to
your device, you must have to umount the device after, because if you
just unplug it you could corrupt files. So umount and unplug, always.
It's typical thing that can happens and it happened to me once.

Try to open the images from your device to your desktop, check if the
pictures open and look good/not broken. That's my thoughs, hope this
help!
