   No! that is not an open-source plugin and it has been written by
Nokia and not the gstreamer community.

   Regarding the usage, you can get all the info you need from the
output of gst-inspect but i doubt you can get to see any inside info.
as the source-code is nto available.

    I don't think so. The PWG is where i started from and i still seek
guidance from it whenever i need to write a gstreamer plugin. You can
see the sources of all the open-source plugins written by the
community. IMHO, you should first write a non-DSP version of your
plugin and after you are done with that, you can convert the main-code
to a DSP task and have your plugins communicate with your DSP task via
the dspgateway utils.
