Look at http://trac.dave.cridland.net/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser/projects/infotrope/polymer-gtk In particular, telomer.desktop, telomer.service, setup.py (which puts them in the right place), and polymergtk/hildonapp.py, which has the osso.Context().
