That bad :( Two ideas though:
* find the revision where the ivorbisfile has been changed last and use
that one
  http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/ext/ivorbis/
* build whole gst and replace files on the device.

I would go for the first option :)
