Hmmm...for what it's worth I use my Motorola E815 from Verizon with Bluetooth DUN all the time on multiple platforms...plain-vanilla Debian Linux, the Nokia, and the Sharp Zaurus running OpenZaurus (no XP though)...I assume this modification is something along the lines of typing ##DIALUP into the keypad? (that's what I did) If you have access to a Linux installation that can do Bluetooth you might be able to see more information about what's going on using the Bluez tools and pppd. Getting more information about what the various components are trying to do is key to figuring out why this doesn't work. > This phone was modified according to guides found on http:\ > \www.hacktherarz.com and DUN and this phone works very well on a > Windows XP platform. > My Nokia 770 is able to recognize my phone and the Razr is trying to > make the dialup connection, but there it stops. > Are there any additional settings needed on the nokia 770 to have same > DUN success as via WinXp? > > Thanks. > > > _______________________________________________ > maemo-developers mailing list > maemo-developers at maemo.org > https://maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-developers
