As tcpdump shows, requests are sent but no replies are heard. Does anyone know where the Powerbook might store its DHCP server log files? Is the Powerbook the one setting up the WLAN network or is there an AP in between? If the Powerbook created the WLAN, does it run in ad-hoc or managed ("access point") mode (e.g. the WLAN icon in the 770 is set according to the WLAN mode)?
