Maybe there should be a 'voting time' for every change: After a change,
there should be a 'bullshit' button near the changed text. If enought
readers (hopefully good-willed users..) during the voting time presses the
button, the change should be discarded automatically. ;-)

Of course there should be some mechanics to prevent same person voting
several times etc..
