Those packages there seem broken, the library does not include the SOVERSION in the package name. The packaging is not that good, it seems to be the product of tweaking a bit the output from dh_make (I could do a proper review if asked for). I'd recommend you to rebuild the packages from Debian. I still don't understand why people repackage everything from scratch... regards, guillem
