[maemo-developers] debhelper in Sardine

For bora, if you have not used the revised installer script, you have to 
reinstall or create the target by hand.

For traditional bora environment, use [1] and for the experimental 
environment with etch tools, use [2]. You also have to install the 
explicit binaries and the virtual packages (if you want them) by hand.

You have to have debian devkit 1.0.8 and maemo3 devkit 1.0 installed for 
this.
