[maemo-developers] debhelper in Sardine

I'd rather keep the dependencies in place and use -d with the 
dpkg-buildpackage.

Anyway, if you check dependencies using dpkg-checkbuilddeps it should 
find the scratchbox provided tools. The apt does not see them but that's 
no issue if you just need to build the packages.
