[maemo-developers] Application Catalogue documentation?

Now I've got my port of MySQL ready to release, I'm trying to add it to the
application catalogue. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to find any
accurate documentation as to how to do this.

http://maemo.org/community/application-catalog/developer-manual appears to
document this process but evidently it's referring to a different starting
page to any I have found, as the main navigation section it shows is
different to that on all the pages I've been to. Although it has a link to
the account registration page, it doesn't have one to the page to add an
application.

My garage account DOES log me in OK on the pages I've tried, but the relevant
options don't appear.

Can anybody point me in the right direction please? Even though my reason for
porting MySQL was because I need it myself, I'd like to share it with anybody
else who might find it useful.
