[maemo-developers] apt-get; gstreamer-dev; "pkg-config has no installation candidate" -- addon

I can't completely exclude that I used an older version of the 
installer-script, since I have two version:
maemo-scratchbox-install_3.0.sh or
maemo-scratchbox-install_3.1.sh

Is there a way to determine which installer scripts have been used after 
the installation of the scratchbox?

But I used this one for sure:
maemo-sdk-nokia-binaries_3.2.sh
