Many projects therein do not have a .install file, and the homepage link
points to the upstream website, giving no clue how to install that
package.  I kindly ask developers to start adding .install files for
their applications.  You can find examples of .install files for OS2006 at

and documentation (bah, who reads documentation? just copy and edit ;) at

Note that it is possible to create a .install file that works on both
OS2006 and OS2007.  I kindly ask (hey, I like the phrase ;) the
developers of vncviewer to do so and merge the two vncviewer projects

still needed?

I have some reservations about the list of categories (why is VNC viewer
in "communications", but rdesktop in "desktop environment"?  why is the
clock applet in "desktop environment", but load applet in "system"?
isn't there a better place for themes than "other"?  should command-line
apps be mixed with "proper" GUI apps in the same categories?), but no
good suggestions come to mind.
