I actually have a working vmstat on my 770.  No deb, though -- the build
process broke down somewhere in the middle, when I tried to port the
Debian procps package.

Vmstat is useful to see why the tablet is sometimes not responsive (e.g.
while installing a package), when the CPU applet shows 0% usage.  (The
answer is a storm of interrupts, dealing with flash memory.)
