I think this getting to be a FAQ.N800 and 770 use dnsmasq for proxying DNS queries. It's perfect valid to have 127.0.0.1 in /etc/resolv.conf. The real DNS servers are written to /tmp/resolv.conf.wlan0 and /tmp/resolv.conf.ppp0. -- Kalle Valo
