The install-time library depends are automatically generated from the
stated requirements in the libraries your application depends on, the
only way of reducing them is to build the package on a system with the
earlier versions.

There is an IT2006 SDK now that you can install alongside IT2007 so you
can build for the 770 (although users will have to update to the latest
release of the OS, as there are newer libraries).
