On second thought, this would be better:

      temporary_repo_deb = file-relative:///.repository/mistral mistral
      temporary_repo_deb_3 = file-relative:///.repository/bora bora

The app manager can straightforwardly replace the file-relative:///
prefix to file:///path/to/the/location/
