Here is a list of issues raised on this list I think have not been
concluded so far, in no particular order. Feel free to let me know any
suggestions for topics to add to or remove from the list, ways to
improve the content of these mails, volunteers to take over collecting
these topics, and so on.

I'd like to ask people replying to this mail to change the Subject
