My life would be easier if I knew what svn branches existed for the various module versions used by the various Maemo versions. For instance, I'd like to know where in svn I can find the branch for the version of hildon-fm that's in Maemo 3.0 (bora, for the N800, sometimes called IT-2007). I see a "maemo-branches" directory, but that doesn't include anything for IT-2007: https://stage.maemo.org/svn/maemo/projects/haf/maemo-branches/ I also see a "branches" directory with separate directories for each modeule: https://stage.maemo.org/svn/maemo/projects/haf/branches/ but that just has various branches with cryptic names, and I don't know which one is the one in Maemo 3.0. For instance: https://stage.maemo.org/svn/maemo/projects/haf/branches/hildon-fm/ In comparison, GNOME uses the same branch name for all modules in a specific GNOME version, such as "gnome-2-14", which is nice and simple. Someone really needs to put this information online, such as on this page: http://maemo.org/maemowiki/MaemoModules/3%2e0 However, I asked for this information for Maemo 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1. I'm losing patience. -- Murray Cumming murrayc at murrayc.com www.murrayc.com www.openismus.com
