[maemo-developers] Possible GPL violation on garage projects

Hi.

A few weeks ago, I downloaded SuperTux from garage.maemo.org and noticed a
few things I would like to change. So I looked for a source code. And I
didn't find it.

SuperTux (https://garage.maemo.org/projects/supertux/) is just one of
several projects on garage.maemo.org which offer modified GPL software but
no source code. I asked the project admin (Sergio Melas, Cc:ed) for source
code of his changes to SuperTux nearly two weeks ago and reminded him last
week. I still haven't received any response.

The source code is not available for download at garage.maemo.org and is
not in garage SVN. As the author is not responding to my mails, it looks to
me like a GPL violation.

Note that this is not just SuperTux; Sergio Melas runs more projects on
garage.maemo.org which are stated to be GPL but no source codes are
available.

I'd like to know whether I'm missing something (somebody knows about the
source code at some location I have overlooked) before I contact SuperTux
developers and other people that could or should be interested.

Thanks,

 Jiri
