[maemo-developers] Updating maemo3-devkit

You can create a local configuration specifying preferred mirror on a
top level of the source tree.

Gar searches stuff from localhost first and then in the order specified
by MASTER_SITES variable.

So, with [1], you should have what you wanted.

Please tell me also what you would like to be updated, I might do just
that and make a new build :) Planning to at least upgrade git to 1.5...

All comments/suggestions about the maemo3 devkit are welcome.
