Hi,
If you dredge up past threads here, you'll see that it's not a discrete
chipset, but comes as part of the TI OMAP package.  That means it's not
as clear-cut as saying, 'right, no open driver from you; next vendor',
but it has to be considered as part of the entire package.

As for the 3D support, yes, we know about it, and it's something we're
interested in too, and have been for a while.
