AFAIK:
It's not Open Source, but if you want an open source implementation,
you could replace it with something that uses an open source SVG
library.  The open source SVG implementations use floating point.
I think libsvg_loader.so doesn't use floating point which made it
much faster on N770, on N800 it could be less of an issue.
