I'm flying to Berlin this morning. If you happen to be in Linuxtag let's
meet up. I will be around the GNOME/GMAE stand and in today's dinner.

Tomorrow there are 90 minutes of maemo report and Q&A:

Nokia and maemo in the new GNOME mobile context
http://www.linuxtag.org/2007/en/conf/events/vp-freitag/details.html?talk
id=10

The objective of this session is to explain where maemo sits today and
where we want to bring it as an open development platform for Internet
centric mobile devices.

In order to achieve that we need to have a common understanding of what
is Nokia's role here, as well as the role of the very diverse maemo
community and of course the "GNOME Mobile context". I hope to get many
of the normal and tough questions we are getting in places like this
mailing list, your blogs, InternetTabletTalk, etc. We have been working
on the elements of a renewed strategy and they are ready now to be
announced and explained.

I'm planning to record the session in video. Nokia mobile phones make it
so easy nowadays. ;) I will only need a hand (literally): someone to
actually shoot the video. The let's see then how to make the video
available to everybody. I don't know if 9 chuncks of YouTube would work.
Sometimes I think of asking the Fluendo crew about how to setup a basic
streaming infrastructure for maemo (and then republish in YouTube the
four stars content, if it makes sense).

Apart from this I will upload the presentation containing all the core
elements, so you know as soon as the session is completed in Berlin.
