I do not know :) Sorry. It might be dbus daemon itself, for example :) Basically, there is a daemon called 'dsme', which performs the 'watching' function. If you look into /etc/init.d directory and check what applications/daemons are started with 'dsmetool -r ...', you'll find a list of "important" applications.
