Fabrice Bellards TinyGL would be a candidate for it, because the Omap 2420 (N8x0 uC) supports vfp. http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/TinyGL/ The other question is a hardware supported OpenGL layer. This has to use the internal framebuffer (as I recall the specs correctly), which is not big enough to hold a complete 800x480 frame at 16 bpp. But maybe rendering to external RAM is possible. I don't know.
