It is better than previous version. But it depends what you want. ;)

If you do not have anything special installed in device flash, but if you 
have -38 initfs flash only it.

If you have -48 initfs, I'm not sure. Propably best to copy wlan driver 
from https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2006 and path your initfs 
yourself.

Or just wait.


Initfs only flashing with linux:
unpack fiasco: flasher-3.0 -u  -F SU-18...
flash initfs: flasher-3.0 -n initfs.jffs2 -f
