[maemo-developers] SPIM (MIPS assembly emulator) ported to Chinook: could someone test it?

I'm trying again and again, following these instructions:
https://maemo.org/development/documentation/how-tos/4-x/creating_a_debian_package.html

but the package size doesn't change, so I assume that no binary is present :(

I really don't remember how did I create this package for N770....
