I agree with you here.  I am still able to use it, but I use it
without the meta package and on top of a internal version of the
Internet Tablet OS.

I now have some time to look into Sardine.  Sorry for neglecting it so
much.

Also, we need to figure out the role of Sardine once Chinook has been
released.

Hmm, legally (but IANAL so don't believe me) I think that you need to
agree to the license at least once.

However, AFAIK the package in question has been opened and there
should be no need anymore for a license agreement.  I'll update myself
on the situation.
