This was an internal exercise done last year about opensourcing the DSME framework, and shouldn't have gone to the public. Good news We are still working on opensourcing part of the hardware management stack, but considering a different approach: http://ohm.freedesktop.org/ . This is a public and open source project, go there to check the details. No decisions at this point, please let us some time.
