You can build those. You can find sources under browser project:
https://garage.maemo.org/svn/browser/mozilla/trunk/libidl/

If I remember correctly you can build packages with these commands:
svn co https://garage.maemo.org/svn/browser/mozilla/trunk/libidl/
cd libidl
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -uc -us

It migh be that you need to fix scratchbox to meet all build dependencies
(to have flex):
