[maemo-developers] Why "dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -uc -us" returns error

You downloaded the upstream sources and it has no packaging, as result
dpkg-buildpackage won't be able to build your package.  So you need to
package it first.  However if you just want to build it, "just 'make'"
might be enough for you.
