Next time I upload libsoup to extras I will try to fix this and test the -dev package can be installed just from extras. It is based on the libsoup2.2-8 package in debian. I do not know what that is based on. Graham P.S. I would be very happy to get out of the business of building/maintaining libsoup for Maemo -- it causes more problems than any of my other packages! So, if anyone wants to volunteer please let me know!
