Thanks for that.  Next time I upload libsoup to extras I will try to fix this 
and test the -dev package can be installed just from extras.

In the meantime, I do not guarantee that anyone can install my -dev packages 
without having extras-devel in their sources.list.

Hmm.  I am not quite sure why there is no source package.  I have one but dput 
isn't uploading it!  I'll look into this.

It is based on the libsoup2.2-8 package in debian.  I do not know what that is 
based on.

P.S. I would be very happy to get out of the business of building/maintaining 
libsoup for Maemo -- it causes more problems than any of my other packages!  
So, if anyone wants to volunteer please let me know!
