[maemo-developers] To all Ruby developers on Maemo

I've not had any bother installing Ruby and associated packages that are
in my repository (OS2008):

Although, I have seen a couple of different packages around so perhaps
they were more annoying. Try them out and let me know how you get on.

I should say that I didn't package all of these, probably only a little
over half.
