You should try just this.  Apt-get -f install will likely offer to
remove osso-af.  If not, remove it yourself with dpkg --remove.

Of course, doing this kind of package mud wrestling is not a good idea
in general.  You should have heeded the error messages from the start
and just removed osso-af (after investigating the situation) instead of
forcing it.

Mixing distributions such as bora and chinook is also not the best idea
in general, but mostly because you will create weird configurations on
your device that few people have tested and you are more likely to run
into undiscovered bugs.  In theory, nothing bad should happen as long as
the package dependencies are satisfied.
