Incorrect.  Products, projects etc may not use the name maemo without
specific permission from Nokia as explained in the maemo trademark
document.

Maemo should be used only in the version strings (as that's interpreted
as "for maemo" which is allowed use of the maemo trademark).   Maemo
policy states that the version string should have "maemo" if an upstream
package is modified for maemo (regardless of whether it's packaging
or code change).
