I note modprobe mtdram total_size=65536 erase_size=256 I found echo "/dev/loop0,128KiB" > /sys/module/block2mtd/parameters/block2mtd was needed for the mtdblock - maybe you could change that 256 to 128 - also I wonder if jffs2 params changed for Diablo...
