Hi, I am trying to set up local ireless Distribution System for maemo devices based on a number of wifi routers and would like to setup routing tables on-the-fly and have Tree Spanning Algorithm implemented as shell scripts run on some servers linked to such wifi routers. I would like to scan wifi aps with wirelesstools iwlist scan, ap ... (some options don't work) and run maemo's Select connection on/for each access point to get network in learning mode. And basing on information acquired, processed I would like to generate iptable rules on-the-fly to provide no-loop network set-up/ connectivity/ building basic wireless distribution system (WDS), incorporating Tree Spanning Algorithm. Pls tell me if iptables alone + wifi scan data with wirelesstools are enough to have TSA implemented and working smoothly. And finally , I am looking for TSA run as a shell script on a server. And please refer me to some nice places. Darius Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com
