Could the kernel-diablo-headers be pushed, symlinked, or something to /usr/include/linux https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3434 (apt-get install on the kernel-diablo-headers works, but the /usr/include/linux version is 2.6.16 - I know it will be fixed in freemantle, but since you have the tree ready I thought maybe a pre-backport might be possible).
