How? Set up a dummy IAP: gconftool -s -t string /system/osso/connectivity/IAP/DUMMY/type DUMMY When the browser asks you to connect to an access point, select DUMMY. Packets will be routed using whatever networking you have set up manually, ie. the USB connection.
