I'm having same issues as Kasper (chatted with him briely yesterday)
and as many others:

It is wery difficult to obtain a fix the first time in an urban
context (with buildings around).
I own also a Nokia LD3W  BT receiver, and it seems really more sensitive.

One big difference is is that LD3W seems to discover a lot more
satellites before obtaining
a fix (wich happens in 2-3 minutes maximum). The built-in one seems
instead discover only a few satellites (3 or 4 maximum) and once the
fix is obtained shows a lot more. (9 or 10)
