Nisha, I faced the same problem with N800 just recently. Have you looked at the Log of AI? The error should be reported there. The hint that I got from looking at log was that by default AI was trying to use internal card (if present) as the placeholder for the temporary files created during installation. Mine was corrupted. One of the options of AI configuration controls that setting.
