Which repository are you talking about?
I can see all of them in extras-devel.

If you think they're ready for extras you should promote them using
promotion interface: https://garage.maemo.org/promoter/diablo

This it because we stopped rebuilds for Diablo. This page is outdated
and doesn't show real picture. 

We(community) should decide if we need to continue to run rebuilds or
just remove the page.
