In order to address https://wiki.maemo.org/Increasing_transparency properly we will need to define the set of packages that make the maemo platform. It's not only the open source packages, since this is not enough to run a device. If wer talk about the platform it's probably neither the whole software stack preinstalled in an image, including i.e. games, utilities and other apps.
