I use ubuntu 7.10 with Chinook SDK to compile mono.
I look into  my installation and libselinux.so.1 is present on the
normal distro but not in the scratchbox.
I check my lt-glib-genmarshal library with

ldd l-glib-genmarshal

and not depends from libselinux.
This is the output:
