In all the time I have been using the autobuilder (including the beta testing 
before it was announced) I have periodically found that it does that.  

Sometimes it works if I try again immediately.  Often the error persists for a 
while and then if I try an hour or so later it has fixed itself.

I have always put it down to some sort of network problem but maybe it isn't.  
Maybe it is a bug (e.g. something to do with the job which updates the 
authorised user keys?).
