A friend of me (pof.eslack.org) wrote the HTCflasher tool. A GPL program
to flash Hermes and Trinity HTC devices. he plans to rewrite it from the
scratch to support all the devices and we plan to integrate both
projects to use the same GUI.

I know that there are lot of different devices and each have its own way
to be flashed, but this is a job of the community :) but i would really
be happy if companies agree with this way and standarize the flashing
methods to ease the life of the users and developers.
