[maemo-developers] Nokia flasher parameters/boot sequence repair

I noticied the same problem while writing 0xFFFF. It just ignores the
arguments passed to it. Passing the hardcoded ones in the kernel.

I'm not sure if this is a kernel or nolo issue.

There's a modified initfs with usb-ethernet to telnet and work without
rootfs. No idea where :)
