i currently run into the same problem - how to find out who's
developing 
what, and who to assign bug reports to? i could of course query bugzilla
and collect some (partially obsolete?) email addresses that some bugs
are assigned to, but i need to have an updated list that also mentions
which products/components people work on (/are responsible for) to nag
developers/maintainers directly on important issues.

so there's definitely a need for this from my side, too.
