Removing a couple of obstacles for progress, thinking about short and mid term improvements and creating an inertia for further productive discussion on&offline. For each person attending, just discuss about what matters to you and want to share. Let's also think about the rest of time out of the track. Most of us are staying 2 or more days (and nights) so don't feel much pressure about your 10 minutes presentation.
